Follow the tutorial to add a new email account to your 'Microsoft Office Outlook 2007' program.
In the field 'Your Name' - type what you want people to see when you send them an email (eg: 'John - ABC Pool supplies' )
If you don't have your 'Password' (created by Website Guy) please contact me and I will re issue it to you.
In the 'incoming mail server' and 'outgoing mail server (SMTP)' fields, type 'mail.yourdomain.com.au' ... and then click the 'test account settings' button
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE (1) EMAIL ACCOUNT, YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH ONE YOU WANT AS THE 'DEFAULT' ACCOUNT. SEE BELOW FOR HOW TO.
