Personal information you provide to us is stored and processed using the following systems:- Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns: used to manage client records, enquiries, and communications. All data is stored on Zoho’s Australian data centres and servers
- Zoho Billing: used to manage invoicing and payment records. Payment card and direct debit information is processed by Stripe or GoCardless respectively and is not stored by Website Guy
- Website Guy servers: form submissions from our website are delivered to our Zoho CRM. Our servers are hosted by Servers Australia in Australian data centres
4.2 Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These steps include:- Secure access controls and password protection across all systems
- Use of reputable, Australian-based hosting and software providers
- Regular security monitoring and updates across our server infrastructure
